A class of ’94 graduate from Central St. Martin’s School of Art, Samson Soboye became a successful fashion stylist working internationally for five years on editorials, music videos, advertising and catwalk styling. This work often involved making props; costumes and sometimes set-dressing which Samson thoroughly enjoyed and further inspired his love for fabric, colour and tactile textures. He increasingly began making commissioned pieces, which led to increased interest in his designs.

Focusing on his passion for designing, in 1999 he launched his eponymous label of desirable soft furnishings, which were immediately snapped up by leading stores and high profile clients. Editorial coverage in key publications has further strengthened the brand and established Samson Soboye as one of the leading designers of luxe hand crafted soft furnishings.
